Reservation Policies:
We take a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with full payment due at check in. Please ensure credit card details are correct as bookings not secured with a deposit are cancelled after 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations up to 21 days prior to arrival date are refunded the deposit, less $100 administration fee.
Cancellations within 21 days of the arrival date, or no show incurs full payment to the credit card stored on our booking portal.
Cancellations due to Government Regulations are refunded the deposit, less $100 administration fee.
We recommend travel insurance as our cancellation policy is strict to protect our income.
