Arrival
All guests must check in at Reception and fill in the registration form.
General
Drive slowly and safely to and from your accommodation. Driving around the property is strictly prohibited.
It is prohibited to enter any buildings on the farm when walking around the farm, please stay on designated tracks.
Children must be supervised at ALL times, and must not climb on structures, including farm machinery, sheds, water tanks, railings, tables or benches.
Pets are not permitted due to the nature of our business. If we find you have a pet with you, you will be asked to leave, with no refund given.
Smoking is not permitted in the huts or within 5 metres of doorways and windows. Dispose of butts thoughtfully; do not throw them on the ground.
The Rustic Hut Bush Retreat is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay; it is your responsibility to keep possessions in a safe, locked environment.
Conduct
Please respect the privacy of other guests to ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay.
All native and domestic animals on our farm are to be respected. If guests are found to be annoying, chasing or harming our animals in any way, they will be asked to leave, no refund given.
Any person/s behaving in an offensive manner, or who intentionally damages property, will be asked to leave the property. Where necessary, the matter will be referred to the police.
Check Out
Check out is 10am. On departure, leave the hut in a clean, tidy state. wash and dry dishes and put away, wipe all surfaces, and place refuse in bins provided. Leave recycling under the kitchen bench.
Cleaning fees are charged to your credit card if there is additional cleaning needed.
We take a 25% deposit to secure your booking 14 days out, with full payment due at check-in. Please ensure credit card details are correct, as bookings not secured with a deposit may be cancelled after 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 days from booking, no charge. After 14 days, we will keep the 25% booking fee. Unless we are rang and explained of unforeseen circumstances.
Book Now Policy
You have just completed booking for a product or service using the Channel Manager online booking system.
To book products and services using the Channel Manager facility, you must be at least 18 years of age.
Channel Manager Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Businesses using Channel Manager may request photo I.D at check-in, and a credit card to cover incidental charges or a security bond. By booking products and services online through this payment system, charges will appear on your bank statement as "Bookaroom".
The Customer ("you") agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Channel Manager is an advertising and booking service. We make no guarantees about the suitability or accuracy of advertised products and services.
Hotel and Business websites that link to and use the Channel Manager online booking service remain the responsibility of those businesses.
The Inventory from Channel Manager is sold according to information provided by those individual businesses. Channel Manager accepts no responsibility for bookings being unavailable, or overbookings made by those businesses.
Channel Manager does not pay commissions to Travel Agents for any inventory booked. Channel Manager receives a booking fee from the Hotel or Business for the provision of the Channel Manager booking service.
All changes, including cancellations, may attract an administration charge, as shown on the booking sheet. Penalties for cancellations are at the discretion of individual businesses.
Hotels using Channel Manager POS banking facility an Administration Fee will be charged by Channel Manager for cancellations to cover credit card fees incurred by the bank. Hotels that use their own POS banking facility the Administration Fee is at the discretion of the individual hotel.
You do not have objections to receiving promotional contact from the property/business in which you had made this reservation or Bookaroom/Channel Manager or any of its associated companies. None of your contact information will be passed onto any other third party other than the above mentioned without your written consent. If you wish to not receive any promotion contact, please advise the property/business in which you have made reservation and also advised Channel Manager and we will have your contact details removed.
Channel Manager accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss actuated through the use of our booking service.
Channel Manager reserves the right to change information published on our website at any time. Channel Manager accepts no liability for omissions or errors.
